13 months old (and one day!)

D was in a really good mood today. He was such a joy to be with, and I was lucky as he was awake before I left for work (he's on an 8:30/9 am - 8:30/9pm schedule) so I saw him in the morning and the evening. We had a laugh while he had dinner - I don't know what was so funny, but it was infectious and we were watched by an unamused cat who was trying to nap on top of the freezer. After dinner we played for awhile. One of D's new favourite games is playing with bricks - specifically pulling apart anything that I build. He loves emptying his box of bricks - here he's watching his Dad tidy up... moments later he'd crawled to the box and emptied it all over the floor again.
