Dinner Time - Bill Wells and Aidan Moffat

We had a roast the other day so there was more than enough beef left over for Stovies along with fresh bread and butter for tea.

Affa fine!

For any non-scots blippers here's the delight that is stovies. Technically Monday night food made with the leftovers from a Sunday roast. Beef, dripping, onions and potatoes, seasoned well.

Other than that not a great day, feeling really choked up. Still, it's a TQFE day tomorrow and no formal class so I can have a long lie and spend a day doing course reading in bed.
