Meteor?

Saw this out my kitchen window when I got in from work glowing orange, looked like a meteor but had to have been a plane.

Was hoping to get a shot of the Venus/Jupiter conjunction tonight but it was dull and overcast :( Didn't get anything.

Cut my hair too.
