Forever my Fudge

This is my rabbit fudge he has a tumor in onof his legs and 2 swellings on his leg. The vet told us that it was incurable and that fudge only has a week/weeks/months. There are specail signs to look out for more like deadly signs... We are all really upset,. We have had him for 3 and a half years, i cant amagine a life with-out him.
