SUCH a busy day today.
Our new espresso machine arrived today, just in time to open cafe. We didn't start making coffees until lunchtime and found that it is a very powerful machine. The steam from the steam wand was so much more pressurized than old machine, we made each coffee at least twice before we got the hang of it. That stressed everyone out.

At the end of the day, I had to go and clear the tables where we had a function, by myself, because everyone else was just chit-chatting. My tutor, A, said we'd just do the dishes tomorrow as the dishwasher was turned off. But then she shouted at me because I didn't stack them. She's making everyone stay until 3pm tomorrow (we finish at 1.30), but I asked her to let everyone else go as it was my fault and they shouldn't take the blame.

So I am very annoyed, tired and irritable.
Oh well.

(apologies again for the focus... I am still getting used to my point-and-shoot.)
