Supper's on its way ...

Coat thick slices of butternut squash in olive oil and seasoned to taste, roast for 20 minutes.
Grill salmon fillets, also brushed with olive oil, for a few minutes each side.
Meanwhile, cook asparagus in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
Pile artistically on a plate in above order, garnish with parsley relish, a wedge of lemon and .....
