Happiness is home mead

Mead. Yup, at 2 PM on a Wednesday. It was delivered FedEx from an on-line friend of mine. I appreciate a good mead, as does my wife (she is a harder critic than I) and this is a great one. I have not been drinking it long, but in the few years that I have, the best I have had has been home made (happiness is home mead). I have been planning on brewing my own, and now, the bar has been raised for what I will compare mine to. I will not bore you with the details of the taste, I am not a wine critic, just this; this is a sweet, smooth wine that is everything I would expect a mead to be.
This is why I drink at 2 PM on a Wednesday.
