The Occluded Widgeon Front

I am really hoping that this is going to work!

While taking this long exposure with my damaged camera (only way I can get any focus!) a small flock of widgeon ducks flew past the lens.

Now the leap of faith bit.

If you biggify, you can see the pattern of their wings along the flight blurs!

While I am fully aware that this is not going to get me anywhere in wildlife photographer of the year, it was a bit of a gift on a very dull blipday!


Edit: Ta-daaa!! It worked quite well. Can you see the triangles underneath and the semi-circles on top? That is an occluded front on my weathermap!
