There's nothing like a deadline to get me going - and my daughter has called in the loan of her sewing machine, she would like it returned this weekend. So I am trying to make a "name picture" which I intended to make for my granddaughter's naming day last July! This picture is in the spirit of Rolf Harris's "can you guess what it is yet?" since it only features the first two letters. Thank goodness she wasn't called Anastasia or Elizabeth or anything else with lots of letters in it! I haven't actually used the sewing machine on it yet, just the amazing aplique paper.

Had a great day today, with a visitor for lunch and for tea - I am glad people are not yet bored with my incapacity. I've got at least one visitor lined up for next week too!
