Our Gantt chart

Is possibly the biggest Gantt chart ever. This was what we spent Saturday doing on our project management course. It was tiring but really good; we did Belbin team role analysis and then were split into teams, and had to manage the building of a warehouse by ordering people, equipment and accommodation, and timing the start of each activity and allocating materials. It was good fun, even though we were up until 2am on Friday night and started at 7am on Saturday!

I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested in project management, though if you're not sponsored through it it's run by Cranfield so might be a bit pricey. Hiba and I were both asleep by 9pm tonight...
