Welsh Cakes

I had written loads in today's journal, but then I pressed a button somewhere on this keyboard and everything disappeared! That really tells you what kind of day its been!

I wasn't going to upload a picture of food again today, but this is comfort food at its best. Welsh Cakes conjure up memories of my mum, and today it would have been really lovely to have her around.
