Enjoy the Silence.

On my lunchtime blipwalk I came across "Silence" a water sculpture, by Tadao Ando, in Carlos Place.
Two mounted police were trying to get their horses to drink from it, but the old saying about leading horses to water proved to be true.
Apparently the circular lenses have LEDs in them, so I will try & get back here after dark one day!
