Rush hour in Shipley

It's like New York the amount of traffic that goes on in these parts , (with slightly fewer McDonalds, and Central Parks and Macey's and Statues of Liberty: so nothing like New York then !)

This was just as we parked up to drop the girls off for Brownies

I was lucky to catch the birds in this one, they look so calm flying home for tea whilst us humans sit in traffic, listening to incessant DJs and wondering what to write on Blip/Twitter/Facebook to sum up our day

A good day and a good 4 quick 4 mile run with Alan this evening.

More Rush Hour , this song always makes me smile... it's so full of energy.

Sorry about lack of comments, it's all about the running, work and more running at the moment.
