Trapped above the Robin's Nest

Our resident anti Seagull Hawk (?) unfortunately got trapped in this anti-bird guff. It did manage to free itself after a lot of noise and flapping. As a council employee I hope it has medical cover and gets a few days R&R on the Pat and Mick .... poor bird.
