Happy Sad Day

Today was a strange day one of my colleagues retired from work today :-( sad because we shall miss her so much, Mary is a lovely lady and an exceptional nurse especially with the more mature generation, she has sorted many of their problems out for them over the years, she has pulled strings that none of us could have done! Bless her x Us Nurses decided just to give her a little send off on her last working day before we started work this safta,as Mary did not want a fuss! she has an organized retirement party in April for all the medical centre staff, well! we gave her a few little gifts and of course a very rude retirement card as you do, but word got round the surgery and at one point all the GP's all the Nurses and most of the reception staff were in this little consulting room haha.
But you know when you say " it just wont be the same without you" it really wont Mary will be so missed.
