Calm before the storm?

We viewed a property we liked for the second time this evening and dragged along Fiona's dad (architect by trade) in an advisory capacity. Pleased to say that we're going to put an offer in and are hopeful of getting it accepted, but we'll see what tomorrow brings....

Until then the evening has been spent in good company, drinking wine and polishing off the Boardwalk Empire Season One box set, which I thoroughly recommend!
