Experiment
Today i am staying home from work to look after Abs, she is still not well bless her, but at least she is awake and watching Wallace and Grommet, The Curse of the Ware-Rabbit.
This is a shot of my recently rendered (and still drying) backyard wall. Not an inspiring shot by any means, but the start of an experiment.
As you know, i like to take HDR photos. to do this you need a steady hand, or mono/tripod, and a steady subject, as the camera takes three successive shots.
This is a single shot jpeg (rather than raw) manipulated in aperture to provide three exposures, and then overlayed in photomatix.
although the shot isn't that inspiring, i have discovered (i think) how to manipulate images of a moving subject to provide the same effect as hdr.
its not as significant as inventing fire, or the wheel, and has no doubt been done before, but the possibilities could be endless!
