It sometimes seems that there are no singles in Mexico - couples are all over the place enjoying themselves, which is great.

On the other hand I found out this week that contraceptives like the pill or condoms are superexpensive, even for people with a medium income. Also the Catholic church makes people believe that using contraceptive methods is a crime, and so you find lots of families that have plenty of children but no means of feeding them. Sad.
