It was another blip mini-meet today sort of by accident... at an event in my local market hall I met Cathintheattic, KatieF, PugsleyBear and aguyinhisattic too. I wonder if any of us will have blipped the same exact thing? Blipsnap?

A new installation of giant photographs has been temporarily installed in Accrington market, and today was a chance to meet the artist Christian Barnes, see the work for the first time and eat some lovely cake. The photos are aerial shots of local allotments, and some of the allotment-eers were there to chat to too. I chose this photo of Steve (who accompanied Christian up in the cherry picker to get the allotment photos) stood in front of one of the giant photos on display, listening to Christian give a talk about his work and allotments.

A singing, guitar playing representative from the Prospects foundation environmental charity was there too, and also members from 'Incredible Edible Accrington'. Lovely afternoon.
