Hard times for artist...

Yet another dull day in the south west as I went looking for a good subject for a Blip. Today I got turned down by 3 or 4 people when I asked if I could take their picture, guess it was the weather.

Then I spotted Arthur. I have seen him around town a few times selling his work or drawing in the street. As we chatted he told me how tough life was getting, selling art, and I had to agree it was much the same for us photographers. Sad day all round.
