Terra-forming

It's been a while since I had a chance to blip Northumbria.

I couldn't see any JCBs at work but there's evidently still plenty to do; her bosom has grown but currently looks like a pair of young ziggurats and there's something strange happening on her left temple. Are they growing bushes to make her hair? Or is it some sort of stabilisation to prevent landslips?

The train home was quite crowded. I detected several tourists (some German, some American). Spring must be almost here.
