Punsch Roll

Thanks to some very kind Swedish visitors to Jen's work this week I've been able to have some of these very tasty punsch rolls.

They were also called cookie rolls as the insides are full of crushed biscuits soaked in a Swedish punch and then covered in marzipan. The ends are then dipped in chocolate

They are delicious!
