...Spring planting
Extreme Seymour and his kin have been busy scampering around in the woods and yard, digging up buried treasures, so haven't seen much of them at the feeders. So, it was a pleasant surprise when I looked out this morning and say Sylvia sitting in the flower basket. Made me smile, so I thought I'd share her with you! and the ever-inquisitive blue jay This is all I had time for this morning before dashing out.
Thanks so very much for the hearts and stars and comments yesterday. That shot was definitely one of my "little moments" as I have been sorely disappointed in my attempts to photograph the moon in the past. Yesterday's was a "personal best" for me.
Our temps are still forecast to be in the 60's and 70's for the next week or so - yay! I am busy staking out my little garden, using the "square foot gardening" technique that I recently read about. In my mind, I am envisioning freshly harvested micro greens, swiss chard, peas and other delights. We will see if the slugs and bugs and critters will allow me to fulfill my gardening fantasy...
And ... are you ready... tomorrow is Friday!!
