Charlie.

Charlie lives at The Dairy. We walk past there at least once a week, more if its raining (which is quite common here). Dottie stops at the same gap in the fence and looks for Charlie every time we pass, and if he's there he snaps at her! It doesn't stop her looking. This is the most we usually see of Charlie.
