The Dala'i Lama's Speed Camera

As you might imagine, I can't pass a speed camera without thinking of The Dala'i Lama. Most of the cameras I see are labelled 'Gatso' and this is so close to the name Tenzin Gyatso that the connection is almost inevitable.

It seems that the more fragments of information you know, the more puns and cross-references spontaneously occur - at least that's the way my mind works!
