Ruffled Feathers

Lets just say the Rooster wasn't the only one like that. Mine got pretty ruffled too. The day started with Dr appts for my Mom and my Sister which all went well, then I come home to watch the little chicken family when I noticed the Hen wasn't anywhere around. I knew that it wasn't a good sign. Come to find out that my neighbors HELL dog got her just like she did the other hen. The poor little things had no idea what to do and were unprotected. Right before dark my worst fear came to life,. The cats were pickin them off. I found 4 of the 16 in my yard. Needless to say I was pretty pissed off !!
