Not a technically great shot, but it captures a great moment. This lot are all winners in the Scottish Youth Worker of the Year Awards 2012 - an event it was my privilege to attend tonight as a sponsor and colleague of many.

Every one of them, committed to supporting Scotland's young people. Events like this give me hope...
