At The Feeder

Nothing exciting or unusual today.

Lovely weather, everyone outside enjoying it.

I took my adolescent DBT groups out to the garden for a mindfulness walk. Rare opportunity to take off my shoes and wiggle my toes in the wet grass and enjoy. Made me very popular with the adolescents. Always a good thing at work.

This blip is of my home feeder, which has become very popular with the local birds.

I am going to have to buy a bird book!
