The Ross Band Stand

Chronically underused, the Ross band stand looks horribly desolate at this time of year. They dust it off in December for the usual "crowd pleasing" (meaning terrible sonic wallpaper paste, I'm a musical fascist, best not to argue) nonsense at Hogmanay. The rest of the year its a write off. Much like all the venues the council lets out to big promoters during the Festival, but that are closed to the residential arts scene the rest of the year.
