Quinoa !

Feeling peckish and couldn't decide what I wanted for dinner, discovered a packet of Quinoa, pronounced keen-wah (that's what it said on the packet) in the cupboard. It tasted ok, a little nutty but bland so I chucked a tin of tuna and a tin of sweet corn in with it and a good sprinkle of vinegar .... tasty ... job done.
