13th Region on the 13th

This is Mike Russell, Cabinet Secretary for Education and Lifelong Learning, and Angela Constance, Minister for Youth Employment and SNP member of Scottish Parliament for Almond Valley, at West Lothian College planting a tree to celebrate Livingston's 50th anniversary. The planting took place after Mike Russell confirmed that West Lothian College would be the thirteenth region following the recent reform of post-16 education and training which will improve opportunities for young people and better support jobs and growth.

This is great news for the College to support the high demand for places in training and education in West Lothian.
