Duck

It's a beautiful day in Ohio, and I escaped for an hour or so to wander around the North Chagrin Reservation, looking for ducks, geese, herons, and other blippable critters. I found all that and more; consequently, it was hard to decide what to post for my journal today. I finally chose this duck, just because I think it is so handsome.

My second choice was this green heron, one of my favorite birds. They can stand perfectly still for long periods of time and, because of their coloring, fade right into the surroundings.

Hope all you blippers are having a great weekend. Tomorrow we have plans to go to the county fair and blip all the animals.
