Phil with his old dad

I had a great chat in a coffee shop with my son Phil today. He's a busy boy - what with parties, girlfriend in Aberdeen, fundraising lunches and doing some bar work.

He's packed in his job in Glasgow and at the end of the month, is heading off to London to join the FSA. At least his sister will be nearby to keep an eye on him.

And my oldest boy, Geoff, is also leaving at the end of the month but he is going further afield to Louisiana USA. The usual panic with Geoff as his passport had been included in the luggage that had been picked up for shipping!

I'm going to miss them - some trips to London will be in the offing though.
