A day off work, and it was great.

Started off very first thing doing some portrait photos for a work publication (I know, day off but it only took 30 minutes) which went quite well. No tripod, and I forgot to turn on the stabilisation on the lens so the hit count was a bit lower than normal. Opps - but they only need to be 300px wide, so I think I'll get away with it.

Spent much of the day at West Wittering beach with Paul. Not as much movement in the water as I'd hoped. Still great fun, especially as the beach was almost deserted.

I've been trying to get down to a very uncluttered look on beach shots recently. You can see what else I took today on my Flickr steam.

Visiting my brother for the weekend; it'll be great to see my niece and nephew again. Mothering Sunday to look forward to too!
