Bedtime reading

Carmen's with us this weekend! I always look forward to her arrival on a Friday night, despite the fact that she's practically falling asleep by the time she gets here having been exhausted by her swimming lesson.

Her bedtime book of choice this evening took me a little by surprise as she went for quite an advanced book for her age.

I asked why she'd selected this particular book and she replied that she liked "books with chapters" or "chapter books".

Another sign of her continuing to grow up. I've warned her about that....
