Courthouse and Post Office

This is the former US Courthouse and Post Office that was completed in 1887. It was dedicated in 1912 by President Taft. It is now office buildings and an old church sits next to it as well (for another day's photo). I just love the detail in the materials used to make this building. They don't make the buildings like this anymore which is a shame. I find as I get older, I am appreciate this type of stuff more and more.
