Don't you sometimes wish...

You'd never asked some questions? This is probably one of those questions. No1 son's school is having parents' evening next week so his work books have come home for us to look at over the weekend. We're really proud if how well he's doing and are frequently amazed by his reading and writing progress. He's been doing "houses and homes" in history and here we have a piece if writing he did. He chose a household item from the past (a chamber pot) and had to write a brief outline of what it was for (it's for weeing in). Like I said, his teacher should have known better than to ask.

As an aside, he also achieved his 50m swimming badge tonight. Not bad going for 6 o'clock on a Friday!
