Winning

Today at work we had a lunch catered by The Metropolitan Grill in Seattle, otherwise known as "The Met". Our office won a city wide challenge by donating the most money per person to the local food bank. A co-worker's husband is the executive chef there, and she offered up the prize and our department went for it. We had caesar salad, a walnut/fruit/blue cheese salad, prime rib with fresh horseradish, mashed potatoes and roasted root veggies, and a very lovely 9 layer chocolate gateaux that was out of range of this photo. The Met is known for it's excellent cuts of beef and if you want to give them a try be prepared to pay a few pennies for it. Hats off to C and her husband for doing this for us today, you guys are awesome!
