Anyway, this old building is known as the Romerovski Brothers factory, and was the original site of the Marconi Wireless Telegraph Company in 1912. first blipped here

Gugliermo Marconi manufactured wireless equipment that was valuable to war communications during the First World War. He was forced to absorb his company into RCA Corporation in 1919.

In 1921, Eddie Cantor made his radio debut at WDY, the first radio station to do regular broadcasts from the site.

The facility was purchased by the Romerovski brothers in 1962 for their textile recycling and sales business. Prior to the 2008 real estate crash, there were attempts made to redevelop the property for condominiums and residential housing.
