Lazy..

I found this whilst having a bit of a sort out, I'm pleased to see that, contrary to popular belief, people were also lazy back in the day. Apparently I can use this to fix a hole in my 'motor hood' or mattress.

On the other hand perhaps they were so busy fixing everything they owned they didn't have time for the sewn version!

I'm going to keep it, just in case..
