The sun does shine in manchester

We've escaped to Manchester for the weekend to visit Col's family. On the way here we ran in to my sister and her family in one of the service stations off the M6 - what are the chances?

Missed my combat class this morning so will try to muster up the energy for a run on Col's Dads treadmill later. But first, lunch!
