Oi - get off my tail!

These guys are rescued parrots. Seen at a display in the Palm House at Sefton Park this afternoon. They were both once "pets". The blue and yellow one had been pecked to near death to the extent that it hardly had any feathers left. Its owner obviously didn't care. Having been rescued and cared for by tropicalinc.com he's now in rude health. But he's obviously still not keen on any feather attention.

It was a toss up today between this pic and Milly, the albino kangaroo who lives in her keeper's rucksack.
