sneaky little fellow

Straightening up the back yard usually means running into a blip opportunity of some sort and today was no different. While re-covering some lawn equipment with tarp, this little fellow appeared within inches of me. So off I went to get my camera happy he was still there when I returned. I made exactly four attempts at a good shot(while getting uncomfortably close with my point n shoot) and then he flew off scaring me yet again. Camera went flying to the ground with me almost hitting the ground as well. I'll be used to the many flying species again by the time summer is well underway.
