Better by a country mile

Tried to drive into Padstow. Bad idea.
Drove to Trevone and walked along the coast to Padstow.
What a good idea! Kids happy. Parents happy (no shops!). Chips in Padstow. Lovely walk back to Trevone and a half hour on the beach to finish off.
Tilly got "sink-ed" by a wave and rather enjoyed the experience.
