Lifeguard

1. Up early to go to Govanhill baths for a meeting. I have a lovely taxi driver, we talk horror films and the joy of old buildings on the way.

2. The meeting is interesting, the project brave and wonderful, the building, amazing. This is the training pool.

3. We go up the hill for lunch. The first time in a long time. There we meet Gilly's mum and the whole team from the Govan pool earlier. There is nothing but good things to talk about.

4. We work a little late then head home for the night we were supposed to have last night. A nice chat with mum at the bus stop on the way.

5. Tasty chicken for supper and Master Chef to make us cry.
