Lá Fhéile Pádraig Sona Duit

Happy St. Patrick's Day to all who celebrate it! It's then one day of the year that everyone gets to be Irish (although I happen to be one of the lucky ones who is also Irish the rest of the year). This year I marched in the parade in NYC with my cousin Jenn, my friend Steph and my dad. My dad is a retired police officer and a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians. It was a pretty cool experience walking up 5th avenue with thousands of cheering people all around, and we were on tv! Even after watching all the insane drunks wobble around and being packed into overcrowded trains like a sardine, it was a good day! I'm crazy exhausted now though, but the march was so worth it :)
