Today

This is my view at this moment. It was a gorgeous day, unseasonably warm and sunshine all day long. Aside from a delightful lunch with two former students, I spent the day scrubbing my deck. ridding it of a winter's detritus. Luckily, a mild winter - and yet so much to scrub. So now I am reaping the reward of my labor, sitting in my chaise, enjoying the sounds around me. It seems that everyone is coming out of hibernation. The calendar may disagree, but in my back yard spriing has arrived!
