off to edinburgh for potted potter which we thought was really funny. got soaked with a water pistol and excited about audience participation (we played quidditch in so far as that's possible). gave j a day off being a probationary teacher.

saw some slightly odd kiwi street theatre and mooched up to the book festival to marvel at the sloanes

home tired and happy, sitting on the floor of the train.

listened to my masterpiece go out on the radio in the evening. felt quite proud of myself.
