Had the pleasure of finally properly meeting Allan lastnight and buying him a few beers.

I introduced him to an old friend, Johnny, who is cycling round the world, so they were like two peas in a pod.

I believe they are currently cycling to Edinburgh...


Me and Rox ran to the beach this morning just after 7 to catch the best of the sun, and boy was it warm. Belhaven Bay with no-one else on it really is something else!!

BBQ at the parents today for mother's day, then work...
