Hmmm...another Food Blip...

Special thanks to Jon for the scallops......

Pasta stirred through with a sauce made from leeks plucked this very morn from the garden, sweated with cream and cheese. Sliced chorizo, then scallops cooked in the chorizo oil, remaining oil drizzled over the top of the plate then finished with chives (from the garden) and a little dusting of chilli from the grinder.....

A quick blip then off to read the papers in the sun....thats what a Sundays all about....

As for yesterdays Blip...it is now on it's third incarnation and is finally finished. If you viewed it on Saturday night or Sunday morning then please feel free to give it another visit as it has changed somewhat....hope you're all having a good one...
